OUR STORY

Warrior Realty was started by West Virginia native Teelo Rutledge.  Hailing from a working-class, military family, Teelo was driven by a desire to not only provide for his own young family, but also by a desire to serve and uplift his community while honoring his family's legacy of service to country and humankind.

It was love of family that planted the seed that became Warrior Realty, and it is that same love of family and community that continues to inspire and grow our Family of Companies still today!
